EVERY KID CAN LEARN MATH AND LOVE IT.
Our Teachers may attend in-person training in Canada and classroom visitation during internship changes their perception.
We teach STEAM in collaboration with Institutes overseas and Infotec Educacional in Brazil. Infotec holds two Prizes from NASA and they help engage students in a highly technological world.
Through Arts, students print their concepts and creations and allow teachers to observe and intervene.
Houghton Mifflin Hartcourt digital and print is part of our Village International Program in Reading, Arts and Science. They are renowed in the USA and are widely adopted as a Common Core curriculum at American Schools in countries in Europe , Canada and Brazil.
Village follows BNCC as a national curriculum but our Department called Village International enriches our Program and makes us who we are.
Our classrooms are furnished with rich resources that follow common core USA, always from well known partners who work with American Schools on USA soil and overseas. But Village is not an International School because it is not certified as so at this point of our history. We have a department called Village International where we deliberately and out of choice, use a curriculum in reading, math and science following common core. We do that with experienced teachers and in English.
MAP TEST will measure academic growth in the last Year of Elementary, starting in 2022. Our school has moved foward to offer more. For more information on the theme, acess www.nwea.org/schools/international/
